Account Management
eRx Network’s account management services are designed to provide additional expertise in consulting services and developing custom pharmacy solutions. The account management team works with you to customize our products to meet your needs, provide quarterly reviews of existing services, and makes certain each of our customers is up to date on our latest products, services, and industry trends.
Online Self Service
You can take advantage of our free, easy-to-use self-service support tools 24 hours a day. We provide a complete plan listing so that you can research BIN's and PCN's. As well, ScriptView, located in our secure site, gives you real-time access to claim data.
