Mark Lyle, Senior Vice President, Pharmacy Services

Mark Lyle is the former President and co-founder of Zadall Systems Group, which he built from a start-up business in 1981 to a 230 employee dominant provider of pharmacy automation software and services in the US and Canada. In 1994 Zadall was acquired by National Data Corporation. Mark held follow-on management responsibilities with NDC until 1998. After leaving NDC, Mark was an initial investor and consultant in several Internet service provider enterprises and in 2001, Mark founded eRx Network. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1978.

Todd Evans, Vice President, Processing Services

Todd Evans joined eRx Network in 2004 with 16 years general management experience within the heath care and human resources disciplines. Prior to joining eRx Network, Todd served in executive leadership roles for two large group medical practices where he was responsible for overseeing all operations including implementation of electronic medical records and claims processing. Todd holds both a bachelors and masters degree from East Carolina University.

Kevin Mahoney, Vice President, Finance

Kevin Mahoney has held various senior financial management positions during the past 25 years. Prior to joining eRx Network, Kevin was the Senior Vice President and CFO of Cornerstone Properties, Inc. While at Cornerstone, he was responsible for all debt and equity financing including their initial public offering and two mergers valued in excess of $1 billion each. Mr. Mahoney earned a BA degree in Accounting from Belmont Abbey College and an MBA from Pace University in New York City. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Rick Sage, Vice President, Clinical Services

Rick Sage has been involved in the pharmacy industry for over 25 years. Rick began his career in retail pharmacy in 1978 with Osco Drug where he held a variety of management positions until 1989. Rick then moved into a variety of corporate support roles with American Drug Stores. In 1996, Rick was part of the initial start up team with RxAmerica, a national Pharmacy Benefit Management company. Rick led Albertson’s healthcare systems application team until joining eRx Network in 2001. Rick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics from Illinois State University.

Richard Brook, Vice President, Sales

Richard brings to the company 25 years in the healthcare industry, including more than 10 years with ProxyMed.
