eRx Connect is a third-party claims switching service which provides full access to all third party processors in the United States through our high-speed next generation network. Our claim switching service is fast, secure, and reliable.

• eRx Connect is hosted in a load-balanced configuration at our geographically isolated data centers in Fort Worth and Chicago, giving eRx Network unmatched reliability.
• eRx Connect customers have access to eRx ScriptView, a real-time online claim viewing and diagnosis tool. The ScriptView application allows users to view their transmitted and received claim data and responses. This information simplifies processor troubleshooting and historic claim research.
• eRx Connect users also have access to a variety of search tools including NPI information, Drug details, Payer Sheets, Plan information, and more.
